Refund policy

Returns and exhanges.

All unworn items may be returned or exchanged.  If you want to return or exchange an item, please email info@deudeudeudeu.com with the following information. 

  1. Order number
  2. Name on the order
  3. The email address the order was made with
  4. Reason of return or exchange 

Upon receipt of your request, we will send you the return label. 

Kindly note: we don't accept returns on sales items.

DEU DEU has a 14-day return policy: you have 14 calendar days from when your order is delivered to ship/postmark it back to our return center for a refund or exchange. Kindly note that if the order is not shipped 5 days after receiving the return shipping label, the order will not be accepted as a return.

Only one return label can be provided per order, multiple labels for shipments departing from different locations are allowed. The return label provided must depart from the initial shipping address. If your order returns from a different location other than the initial shipping location, e-mail info@deudeudeudeu.com as additional fees may be applicable. 

How do I exchange an item? 

If you would like to exchange one item for another, you must first return the original item and then place a new order. You will be refunded for the original item in accordance with our usual returns policy.

Please note that we cannot accept a return before delivery has taken place.

Return charges.

You are responsible for the return cost of shipping and all other expenses. Hence, besides non-refundable shipping costs on the initial shipment, all other shipping fees associated with making returns will be deducted from your refund.

When making a return, the cost that will be held from your reimbursement is based on your destination:

Belgium: €15 
EU: €20 

Damages and issues.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. Make sure to contact us immediately if an item is delivered defect, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This way we are aware of the faulty item and we can advise you accordingly. Do not treat the items without our recommendation, and don't return faulty items unannounced. Should our warehouse team notice damage or defects which were not reported, the damage will naturally be assigned to the customer who returned the item(s). Should an item show signs of use upon return, our warehouse will create a backorder and the item will automatically be returned to the customer.

Any claim regarding product delivery must be submitted within 5 calendar days following delivery of the product(s). They must be sent in their original condition (packaging, accessories, tag, etc.). If you need any further information, you can send an email to info@deudeudeudeu.com. 

Any parcel returned after the prescribed timeframe will be refused and returned to the sender. No parcel returned as cash on delivery shipping shall be accepted, whatever the reason. The sender bears the costs and risks pertaining to the return of product(s). No returns with a shipping label other than the one provided by our customer service team will be accepted and shall be refused upon arrival.

On receipt of the product(s) returned by the customer, our customer service will send a confirmation of receipt of the product by e-mail.

DEU DEU cannot be held responsible in the event of loss, theft, or damage to the parcel. Parcels for which the customer’s identification (surname, first name, address, and return code) is not possible shall be refused.

Refunds.

The delivery of a returning package may take a few days, depending on the carrier and from which country it was shipped. The confirmation email of your return contains a link to the return status page. If you wish to follow up on your return, you can see all status updates on this page. Our warehouse unpacks and inspects all returned items within 30 days. Please keep in mind that it might take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
